By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions and your use of our website are governed by English law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English court. This does not affect your non-excludable statutory rights.
This website and our Terms and Conditions have been designed for use within the UK and under UK law. Whilst we are happy to consider requests for products and enquiries from outside the United Kingdom, we give no warranty, express or implied, that the use of this website or the placing of any order through this website from outside the UK complies with any applicable non-UK laws or regulations.
A contract between the customer and Papoose (UK) Ltd for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched (at which point the buyers credit/debit card will be charged for the value of the goods despatched). This does not affect the customer’s statutory rights.
Prices and availability of goods is subject to change without notice. A delivery charge will be added to your value where appropriate.
Payment and taxes
We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit/debit card. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch. All transactions are shown in £ sterling.
All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate, If your order is being despatched to a destination outside the European Community (EC) then your sales tax will be zero. If your order is being sent to a member state of the EC then the selling price will include VAT at the current rate. The current rate of VAT is 17.5%. Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.
Our guarantee to you
We endeavour to display through this website all items in our current range. We aim to hold stock of all styles and sizes whilst a product is active. However, occasionally an item will be out of stock. Papoose is a trading shop and has only limited stock in each item available. The website will be updated at the end of each trading day to show items sold. We guarantee to remove all ordered items from the shop shelves for online customers at the earliest opportunity, and at the latest by 5.30pm each working day. Occasionally, there may be stock showing as available on the website which is in fact not available due to an earlier customer sale. In this situation, where possible we will reorder it (which is possible with some clothing and most toy lines) and you will receive it within 3 weeks. If it is not possible to reorder the item your credit/debit card will be refunded and an email will be sent advising you of the situation.
If a customer is desperate for a particular item, to ensure absolute availability, please call 01305 766111 where a sales assistant will be happy to remove the item immediately and reserve it for 24 hours.
All orders received (with the item in stock) before 4pm will be despatched on the following day for a 7 working day delivery. Those orders received after 4pm will be despatched on the day after the next day.
UK Delivery
Stock permitting, all orders are usually despatched within 24 hours, to arrive with UK customers within 5 working days. In the event the item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and despatch it as soon as it arrives.
Standard Delivery £2.50 per delivery address. Monday to Friday only. Please allow 5 working days for your delivery.
Conformity of goods
We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of publishing. However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.
Disclaimer and limitations of liability
Papoose (UK) Ltd does not seek to exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury arising from its negligence or of that of its members agents, directors or employees for any fraudulent misrepresentation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law and save as provided above, neither Papoose (UK) Ltd nor any associated company shall be liable to you by reason of any representation or any implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty at common law, or under the express terms of the contract, or in negligence (whether on the part of Papoose (UK) Ltd or any of its members agents, directors, employees or otherwise) for any indirect special or consequential loss or damage ( including but not limited to loss of profit or loss of saving), costs, expenses or other claims for compensation whatsoever which arise out of or in connection with the use of this website, the supply of the products or their use or resale by you.

You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or subcontract any of your obligations under these terms and conditions except with the specific permission in writing of Papoose (UK) Ltd.
No person who is not a party to these terms and conditions shall have any right to enforce any term under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999. Nothing in these conditions is intended nor shall affect any of your statutory rights that may not be legally excluded
