All orders received (with the item in stock) before 4pm will be despatched on the following day for a 7 working day delivery. Those orders received after 4pm will be despatched on the day after the next day.
UK Delivery
Stock permitting, all orders are usually despatched within 24 hours, to arrive with UK customers within 5 working days. In the event the item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and despatch it as soon as it arrives.
Standard Delivery £2.50 per delivery address. Monday to Friday only. Please allow 5 working days for your delivery.
Your right to cancel
You may normally cancel your order ( once accepted by us ) for any reason up to the point of despatch. If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.
Returns Policy
If you are not entirely happy with your purchases, you may return them to us. Please read ‘Making returns’ below for details on how to do this. If you return the goods within 14 days we will refund your credit/debit card. If you return the goods between 14 and 28 days we will offer you an exchange and you will have to ring our customer services on 01305 766111. All returns must be returned complete, with price tags and all labels, be in perfect condition, unworn and unused. You must also include the original receipt.
Making returns
For all returns, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. To return any product to us, please enclose the receipt and send it back to us in the condition outlined above to;

When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will only refund or provide and exchange for the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty.
